DE LOBBERS

Badminton Club De Lobbers is a sport assocation at the WUR made by and for students founded in 1970. We do weekly trainings on wednesdays and tuesdays with freeplay every sunday, but besides these trainings we organise lots of fun activities and tournaments for members and non-members. Some highlights are the Lobbersweekend, Bring-A-Friend Tournament, Club Championships and of course the Rijncup.

Ons doel

We will spend our funds on new shuttles to keep our training quality high, another goal is to stay competitive in the regional competion organised by the Dutch Badmintion association (BN). In addition the funds will help us organize activities and tournaments to promote club growth and member participation and involvement. For this same goal we will spend some money on promoting the club to improve member engagement and our reach.
